Prime Securities Brokerage Company said that the National Investment Bank reduced its stake in the shares of Misr Beni Suef Cement Company, from 20.1% to 15.02%.
The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange today, Monday, that the National Investment Bank sold 4.87 million shares of Misr Beni Suef Cement, with a total value of the deal amounting to 153.56 million pounds, with an average selling price of 31.5 pounds per share.
