Today, Wednesday, the Ministry of Electricity signed a cooperation agreement with the Norwegian company, Scatec ASA, to provide a piece of land with the aim of establishing a wind power plant project with a production capacity of 5 gigawatts in West Sohag, at an investment cost of $5 billion.
