Remco Tourist Villages Construction Company signed a partnership contract with Emaar Elix Real Estate Investment Company to implement its new tourism project in El Alamein by 60% in terms of costs and procedures through its subsidiary Pharaonic Trading and Contracting Company. Remco said in a statement yesterday that the project will be established in the Sidi Abdel Rahman sector on the northwest coast, on an area of 29.4 acres, with expected total sales of 1.5 billion pounds, and costs of one billion pounds.
