Allianz Egypt Life Insurance paid 15 million pounds for claims about Corona virus deaths in the Egyptian market. Charles Tawadros, managing director of Allianz Life Insurance, said that the company had paid 15 million pounds in compensation for the deaths of the companys clients as a result of infection with the Corona virus since the first case of infection with the virus appeared in March. Tawadros added during the press conference held by the company yesterday to present the results of the companys financial position for the last fiscal year, that the value represents the claims paid for the 58 claims submitted to the company. He added that the company has addressed its customers since the emergence of the virus in Egypt, that all "Allianz" life insurance documents include the emerging corona virus (Covid 19) as part of its basic coverage.
