The “ADNOC Gas” company has awarded contracts worth $1.34 billion to the “Petrofac Emirates” company, the “National Petroleum Construction Company” and “CAT International” alliance, according to the company’s disclosure in the Abu Dhabi market yesterday, Monday. The objective of the contracts is to expand the companys network of natural gas pipelines, through a new line that will be established, allowing the transportation of larger quantities of natural gas to the Northern Emirates. Petrofac, listed on the London Stock Exchange, said last Friday that ADNOC Gas had awarded it a $700 million contract to carry out works in the Habshan natural gas complex, including engineering, supply and construction works for a new gas compression station.
