Dr. Maged George, Chairman of the Export Council for Medical Industries and Medicines, announced that the sector’s exports increased by 14% in the first half of 2023, to record approximately $530 million, compared to $467 million during the same period last year, indicating that the Council seeks to increase exports by 30% annually. According to a tight and clear plan, in order to implement the Egyptian states plans to grow exports and reach them to one hundred billion dollars.
