Today, Sunday, the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics issued the annual bulletin for land reclamation for the year 2021/2022.

 

Among the most important indicators, the total area of reclaimed lands reached 163.2 thousand feddans in 2021/2022, compared to 87.1 thousand feddans in 2020/2021, an increase of 87.3%. This is due to the increase in the area of reclaimed land by private sector companies this year.
